1. Acceptance of terms
By visiting rhinorooter.net or engaging Rhino Rooter for service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Rhino Rooter provides residential and commercial sewer and drain services as described on this site across the West Haven / Ogden area. Availability is determined per job after a diagnostic inspection.
3. Quotes and pricing
Published pricing ranges are estimates for typical jobs in this market. Final pricing is provided in writing after a diagnostic inspection. A signed written quote is the binding price for the work described.
4. Scheduling and cancellation
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled start without charge. Cancellations inside that window may incur a dispatch fee at the Company's discretion.
5. Warranty
The Company provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on CIPP lining installations. The cured liner has roughly a 50-year material life. The warranty covers workmanship defects under normal use and does not cover misuse, ground movement, third-party excavation, or freeze damage.
6. Permits and inspections
The Company pulls required permits and arranges municipal inspections; permit fees are passed through at cost. Unforeseeable additional requirements may result in a change order, with notice before proceeding.
7. Payment
Payment terms are stated on each written quote. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and check.
8. Limitation of liability
The Company's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for that work. The Company is not liable for consequential damages except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Weber County, Utah.
